When is the Galaxy Z Fold 3 release date?

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2  launched in September 2020, so we can expect the next Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will arrive in this summer. Galaxy Fold 3 will release with a wide range of upgrades with more durable design that will resist both dust and water. 

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 price? 

The Samsung Z Fold 2 costs $1999, making it Samsung's most expensive phone by far. The Samsung Fold 3 price will remain high but we can expect another device come out with a lighter version that trades off on some features for a lower price but that phone never materialized. And now it's rumored that Samsung may have a cheaper Galaxy Z Fold lite lined up for early 2021.

Specifications 

Display - We'd expect the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 to have a large flexible display inside, as well as an external display when folded, as the previous models have done. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a 7.6-inch main display that has a 120Hz refresh rate, coupled with a 6.2-inch exterior display. There is a punch hole camera on the front, though there have been a couple of rumors indicating the Z Fold 3 may have an under-display camera, which might allow for a larger external display than the Z Fold 2.

Camera - The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 has a triple rear camera and a dual punch hole front camera. The rear camera is made up of a 12-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel telephoto sensor and 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Samsung is hoping to offer an under display camera and leaked images of Samsung Z Fold 3 show the apparent Z Fold 3 with an under display camera and those images also show a triple rear camera.

Hardware - No rumors have suggested what exact specs we might see on the Z Fold 3 but it could be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 or higher, along with a good amount of RAM probably at least 12GB - and at least 256GB of storage.

The Samsung Z Fold 3 will definitely release with 5G bands and battery capacity will be 4380mAh or higher. 

Design  

We are expecting the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 to adopt the same book-style vertical fold as the original Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Fold 2. There have been rumors to suggest the device will be compatible with the S Pen like the Galaxy S21 Ultra new release Samsung flagship device. Samsung Z Fold 3 will get a good IP rating like Samsung Fold 2. And this device will release with metal design.
